And I second the ACHING.

It is city wide clean-up here and I was down in the basement helping the handyman get stuff moved and I tripped on a step that is down there and fell hard on my left side. AND to add insult to injury, as I was falling it hit the valve on the hot water tank and hot water started spraying all over the bottom of my pants. My shoes flew off when I fell, they are like slippers.
I think a ghost pushed me or maybe it was aliens. I WASN'T wearing my tin foil hat!

Oh no! That's awful mmaiden. I hope you're not in too much pain and that you told the thing that pushed you to leave you alone! I hope that it was just an unfortunate accident though. Feel better soon (((Hugs)))

Thanks Katie! I am very sore now. I am hoping that it is not going to get worse by morning which is my word ending in ing. WOW! Alot of them there!

My word is Liberating

soaking - whenever I have injured myself, soaking in a bath with Epsom Salts usually makes me feel much better rather quickly (also works nicely for my arthritic ankle). Yep, I do lots of soaking!
