Ambrosia Salad by Genki

Ambrosia Salad:

1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can chunked pineapple, drained
8 oz sour cream (yes, sour cream )
1 bag miniature marshmallows
Coconut to taste, if desired

Mix all of the above together, refrigerate and enjoy!

I know it sounds weird to have sour cream in this...I always thought it was cool whip! Buuuut, the way the marshmallow flavor melds with the sour cream is what gives it its unique flavor. (Unique? Is it unique? lol)
